Terms of Service
These terms apply when you request or receive cleaning services from Shagaf Salon. Last updated April 17, 2026.
1. Who we are
Shagaf Salon (“we”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Athens and Attica, Greece. By requesting a quote, booking a visit, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We perform cleaning and related tasks as described in your written quote or service agreement. Scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed before work begins. Unless agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific chemical brands or equipment models.
3. Access and premises
You agree to provide safe access, accurate information about surfaces and finishes, and disclosure of hazards (e.g. fragile materials, pets, alarm codes as needed). You are responsible for securing valuables and personal data before our team arrives.
4. Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed in writing (email or other agreed channel). Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the notice period stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect priority scheduling.
5. Payment
Fees, invoicing, and payment methods are as stated in your quote or invoice. Late payment may incur reminders and, where permitted by law, statutory interest or suspension of services until the account is settled.
6. Liability
We carry insurance appropriate to our operations. Our liability for direct loss arising from our negligence is limited to the fees paid for the specific visit or period giving rise to the claim, except where Greek law does not allow such a cap. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing damage or unsuitable finishes not disclosed before service.
7. Complaints
Raise concerns promptly via hello@shagafsalon.com or the contact details on your invoice. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and may need photographs or a return visit to assess the issue.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where practical; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance for new bookings.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
