We may process: name and contact details (email, phone, address); property and service preferences you provide; correspondence and quotes; limited technical data from our website (such as IP address and browser type via standard server logs or analytics, if enabled).
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver cleaning services, invoicing, customer support, safety and quality assurance, and — where allowed — to improve our website and communications. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests (running a professional cleaning business), and consent where we ask for it explicitly.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share information with insurers, accountants, or IT providers under confidentiality terms, or when required by law. If we use subprocessors outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and insurance requirements. Enquiry records and contracts may be retained for several years after the last interaction, in line with Greek law and good practice.
